1988 Chevy 1500 engine knocking sound? Video included

Hi all,

I’m considering buying this as a project. Only major issue is an engine knock. Any ideas on what it is/how bad it is?

You might be right… I was hoping I’d be able to drive it home at the very least, but I’m not sure what the exact diagnosis is.
