It’s possible the remote control receiver is going bad or has a bad ground/power supply problem. The other components (switches, remotes, etc) seem to have been ruled out, so wiring or the receiver are the only things left to be at fault.

The Doorman was delivered to my CA address today, I'll be driving from NV tomorrow and be able to pop it in then or on Wednesday

The Doorman brand switch did the trick!
Everything works as it did before. Those cheap $20 switches, available everywhere, are garbage and caused all the problems.
Lesson learned, if the light on a new switch stays on, try again. There is a huge quality difference between the mid priced ($55) Doorman and the inexpensive ($20) cheapos off Amazon. The entire trip from Vegas to central CA yesterday, I was touching and activating the locks with my knee. The Doorman is much stiffer, like the original, you need to mean to actuate the switches.
Thanks to everyone who replied, it really helped me through the process

Excellent news, I bit the bullet myself and ordered an AC Delco from Amazon, figured I would try it and if it didn't fix things I'd return it, guess I'll be keeping it when it arrives Monday. My cheap switch is flaking out already too as sometimes it takes multiple tries to get the windows to move, so lesson learned by me too!
