Default 1998 Chevrolet Silverado Shifting problems
I need your help. My 1998 Chevrolet Silverado is having trouble shifting gears. I’m towing a small uhaul trailer across country and it was fine on the first two days but today it is having trouble shifting low gears from 1 to 2 and 2 to 3. What do I need to do? The transmission fluid level is fine.

The RPM's go up but it doesn't shift.

the issue started this morning and right now it stopped.
