On my 1998 Silverado I can't switch the recirculating vent to outside air when the air conditioning is running, and the vent selector switch is set on anything but the defrost selection. If the air conditioning is off, it works just fine. I've replace the heater air conditioning control module and it still does it. Anyone have ideas on what the problem is.
