91 chevy c1500 brake issues

Just bought this chevy pickup and while bleeding the brakes I noticed bubbling In the master cylinder. And without the lid on brake fluid will shoot out from the master. I took this video of it. I'm confused and never have seen this before any ideas on what could cause this?
