Default 93 Silverado a/c htr 4wd blowing fuse

I have a 93 Silverado 4x4 ext cab with 135xxx miles. About 2 years ago I would blow the A/C HTR fuse and could replace it and all was good. 6 months later the fuse blew that morning so I replaced it when I got off. Was good till the next morning. After that it would blow every time I replaced it and turned on the truck. Checked all the fuses and relays but can’t figure it out. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Ps why does it say 4WD is linked to that spot and below that location on the fuse panel there is a 4WD fuse as well??

Something is shorting out somewhere in your system. Thats a given if the fuze keeps blowing. Conrats on only having 135K on such an older vehicle. I drive mine like hell.

Disconnect the compressor and blower motor and resister and see if the fuse still blows. If it does, you those components are good. If the fuse doesn't blow, plug them in one at a time to see which one blows the fuse.
