Default 94 k1500 cranks but wont start

hi, i have a 94 k1500 with 5.7l. 350 that as running fine, i sshut it off, and no spark to the plugs. I have replaced the distributor with a new one so it would have new icm, cap, rotor, and pickup coil, replaced fuel pump ,filter, and fuel pump relay, all new. The ign. fuse and fuel pump fuse are ok. I put spark tester on coil wire from coil, it seems to have spark, but no spark to plugs. Can anyone help? Ive got about 400 bux in new parts in this problem, and still won't run.

May help, may not, but try testing one of the posts on the cap as it's being cranked. You may be getting spark from the coil, but if there's a break in the coil wire, it wouldn't get any juice to the cap itself. I know it's a bit more mulah, but you can also replace the crankshaft position sensor.

i was told, there was no crankshaft position sensor on a 94? do you think a weak spark from coil would light the test light?Havent replaced coil yet.

GM OBD 1 Trouble Code Information

try this and see what it says, it might let you know, but I'll keep looking. As to the CPS, I've got a 95 Silverado 5.7 that has one, so you probably do to.
