Perhaps your clutch master or slave cylinder has become defective. Mine did, right after I replaced clutch pack. With a friend and truck jacked up, examine and make sure slave piston is engaging and compressing pressure plate.

Yea that's not it but thanks for the reply. Someone mentioned rear-end but the front end would still work so I don't know trial and error I guess

Can we ask how it was determined the clutch was good?

If you are getting some result from selecting higher gears and the problem is still there, good chance it is within the transfer case.

What has changed or have you changed ???????? Any chance you may have disturbed transfer case linkage???? Jack up truck and remove drive shaft and see if differential spins. Pull transfer case and test to see if spins?

Took the clutch out and inspected it, don't know any other way to tell if it was good or not , put a new one in any way since I had it apart. Wouldn't that make sense

Nothing changed transmission and transfer case both turn on the *** end when you spin the front end , I also think it's the transfer case but seems to me it should move in some position
