So I have a 95 silverado. When I go to turn on the heat the dial can be all the way up and no air comes out. Sometimes it randomly comes on if I leave the dial up. Other times it works just fine. What could be the problem with this?

 

Likely corrosion or ground issue somewhere, or your Chevy might need some new parts. It's 25 years old, you know.
