New to the group. Have a 96 , replacedEGR valve, map, crank, cold air intake sensor, temperature sensor, distributor, cap rotor,plugs wires,O2 sensors intake and updated injectors.
Truck was running rich, after all installed still running rich smells like bad gas.. Also when warmed up at higher speeds bucks when holding gas steady, the bucking issue was after all was installed. Found out unplugging the EGR stops the bucking.
Still smells rich.

Since you have OBD II get us some codes. Also clean your MAF sensor if you have not. Sounds like you need a new EGR Valve.

 

Good morning, has new EGR valve. No codes, found that truck was out of time on the bucking issue. I will clean mass air flow sensor.
