1997 Chevrolet C3500 DRW 2WD, 7.4 Ltr,
will installing aftermarket aluminum wheels make enough difference in performance to warrant the investment ? Truck has just over 100,000 miles, never seen a winter, just did cross country trip this year. Purchased tires and before installing would consider aluminum wheels if I got some performance in return. Will be pulling a 26 ft travel trailer (approx 6,000 lbs). Thanks. All maintenance up to date.

 

adavantages...lighter unsprung weight, more air over the rotors.??? same size and aspect ratio.... bet you would not notice a thing
