Default Am I supposed to have a limited slip rear diff?

The title pretty much says it. I have a 1995 Chevy K1500. It’s four wheel drive, z71. The guy I bought it from (a friend of mine) is positive it has/had a limited slip rear diff, however when I crank up the rear end and spin one wheel, the other turns the other direction. Could the limited slip have broken, or do I just not have it?

I tried to find online if these trucks came with a limited slip rear, but couldn’t find it.
