I have 98 gmc sierra 1500 and i currently have a broken down pipe (completely rotten off at the header flange) passenger side and a broken mid section hanger/a hole from the broken hanger. all the muffler shops want just over 400$ to fix this. When i jump on summit racing i find header back kits (dualed out even) for 200 and new headers for 150. id assume just preventative maintenance and replace the whole thing if i can get the parts like that. Is this the best option though?

 

Also wondering the same thing or if there's a whole kit with headers out there someone recommends.
