Default body parts interchangable?

I have a 1990 k1500 and a 1998 Gmc Sierra 1500. Can I use the driver's door and fender of the 90 to put on the 98? We acquired the 98 and the door and fender need to be replaced due to a farming accident. The 90 the engine is shot. want to transfer all parts I can before junking the older one.

Cannot say for certain, but a tape measure would help out. The basic hinge system seems to be the same. The dash, of course is different. Might be able to sell the rest for parts, but you wont make much money of a 1990 Chevy pickup with the doors gone and a blown motor. 30 year old vehicles running are cheap.
