I have a 1998 Chevy 3500 Cheyenne the driver side rear drum brake adjusts till it looks up. i have replace al the hardware, springs and auto adjuster. Anybody have this problem or any ideas to what is causing

 

Have you checked that you put in the driver, or left hand side parts? I know on my half ton, that their where separate bags of parts, and I almost put them on the wrong side. Usually a letter is stamped on the parts that can only go on one side, like the adjuster and the little lever that moves it I think.
