Default Do I need a high output alternator?

I have a 95 Chevy 1500 Ext Cab, 5.7L, 4 Speed Automatic.
I want to add an LED lightbar that draws 15 Amps which can be found here. Everything in my car is stock except for my stereo. I have two amplifiers, one of which is 20 Amps, and one of which is 15 Amps.

One: How much does the stock alternator put out?
Two: How much does my truck draw just running essentials?
Three: Be patient with me as I am only 18, and I don't know a lot about this. I can supply more information as needed.

Thanks everyone.

Also, if you feel there is something I would benefit from knowing, feel free to tell me, even if I don't ask for it specifically.
