Intermittent code 13 issues with code 22. Replaced both O2 sensor and TPS....twice! Still trips these codes and truck surges, idles over 1000rpms, shifts hard from 1st to 2nd. Resets when parked for 10 mins and runs fine for awhile, then O2 trips...and goes away few minutes later. Then code 22 trips, and runs bad. Exhaust is new from headers back. Also replaced idle Air Control valve. Can't figure it out. And coolant temp sensor on intake is new too. Help!?!?!?

 

You say “headers”? W.r.t. the 13 -This is getting outside my experience but if you put on headers you may need a heated O2 and/or be careful on where you place it. Perhaps ask on gearhead-efi where the tuners hang out. Good luck!
