Flat Towing a 1997 GMC Z71

I've got a '97 GMC Z71 4x4 extended cab (3 door), short bed. It's only got 50K miles on it and runs like a top.

We're considering a flat tow arrangement behind a DP so my thoughts are to put a little cash into this vehicle to refresh it instead of buying anything new or used.

I know I've got my manual SOMEPLACE but can't put my fingers on it.

Can I flat tow this vehicle?
