1998 Silverado 1500, 350. All lights including headlights and taillights flicker when the engine is running. This problem started a couple of days ago. Alternator was replaced about a month ago and is charging properly. The steering gear box was replaced several days ago but don't see any electrical in the vicinity. Any advice on where to start looking would be greatly appreciated.
