I have a 1996 chevy z71 5.7 with over 265 thousand on it it's running rough and here soon iam going to need a new motor so I was thinking of a ls 1 5.7 because I want more power but not to much more because of gas and I need something reliable if u have any other ideas let me know but If not I need to know how to wire up the motor to my truck I know lots about the motors just nothing about wiring if it was a carb motor I would know everything but this efi stuff I know little about and if u know any problems I would run into by doing this swap plz let me know
