Default Installing Galvanized Pipe fitting?

Installing : I am adding an audio alarm to my 1995 Chevy Silverado's oil sender. I have to install a "T" to screw in oil sender and new pressure switch into. I have some galvanized steel fittings but I am fearful that the galvanized (zinc) material might get into oil passage. Anyone used zinc coated steel fittings?

Not sure about galvanized either. Using brass or high pressure hydraulic fittings should squash any concerns.
