Either the caliper is sticking or the brake hose is coming apart on the inside.

Clean pads are a must. Calipers have no retract springs like a drum, so sticking is more likely. Lockup on ice happens even when calipers are clean.

Default been there

Replaced caliper on mine with no results and after talking to service department found the inside of the rubber brake line from the caliper to metal line goes bad over time and won't let the fluid return to the master cylinder so makes the caliper remain extended. I replaced all the brake hoses on mine since this seems like a common problem, hope this info helps you.

Thanks everyone for your help. Have determined brakes are not the trouble. Left front axle seem to be locking in front differential. Will roll to the rear a few feet and lock then it will roll fwd abour the same distance and lock. Any help?

might want to pull the front diff cover and inspect. have you been running with mismatched tires?
