Missfire when cold
I have a 1998 chevy k2500 with a missfire on #4 and a few hits on #3, it only happens when you first start it in the morning but after it warms up it runs fine for the rest of the day. No missfire codes only a Po141 code in history( Bank 1 sensor 2 - heated O2 ). I'm a heavy line auto technician by trade and I have been faithfull with oil changes and other maintenance. It has a new intake gasket (the good rubber one not the plastic gaskets) that I did 6 months ago, also has a new distributer and wires that I installed approx. 5 years ago. It's been approx 8 to 9 years since the feul pump was done. This happened before approx. 2 months ago and a new cap and rotor fixed it, then just recently it started it again with the new cap and rotor. I've checked for vacuum leaks and there isn't any .I checked fuel preshure and it's at 62psi. Any fed back welcomed. It has 160k on the odometer, thank you.
