My 97 Silverado is having a hard break pedal. I changed breaks , break booster , bled , checked vacuume hose still hard break pedal and is also avecting idle shut truck of on me once don't know what else to look for I heard about maybe module ? But abs light not on. Any advice would be awesome

 

There is a vacuum check valve that the booster hose connects to. Not an expensive part and I would suspect that it's bad. The hose could possibly be collapsing internally with not outward signs of being bad , again a cheap fix.
