Exclamation Radiator Cap
I have a 98 Silverado, I just went to put in radiator fluid for the first time in a while and can't get the cap off. It twists but won't lift off. Am I doing something wrong?

...and give it about another half-inch of twist. Replace that cap. It costs less to replace it than have it tested.
