Default Restoring 94 Z71

I've got a 94 Z71 green, extended cab step side that I bought in 95. I want to begin the restoration on the truck. The truck is fairly sound mechanically and body wise but the interior is destroyed. I've looked all over for replacement seats but I can't find anything except a complete change to something like a racing seat. I've found several options for seat covers but I need the foam and everything replaced. I'm sure I could pull them out and take them to an upholstery shop but I'd like to buy new seats that are plug and play. Anyone know of a place that has replacement seats that will bolt in?

Completely new seats I have never seen. I did see some company's who make replacement door panels, but I thought they where way to expensive so I bought second hand OEM door panels of eBay. Was cheaper and looked better in the end.

So your best bet would probably be a junkyard or eBay or some other second hand businesses.

Also came along this website

No idea if they have what you are looking for but you can try it.

Thanks but I'd already looked at that site. They have tons of stuff but no new seats. I asked their customer service if they had any idea of anyone doing factory style seats for restoration projects but haven't heard back.

I've been told that up to '98 seats will fit. Has anyone had any experience with that? I may be able to locate a halfway decent set of those in a junk yard.

Well they are all mounted on a rails so they should fit up to 98 maybe even after that. I would measure the width of the rails just to be sure it's the same before buying. If you switch from bench to seats you got to drill and place some extra rails of course.

Also came along this site, if they don't have your seats they can probably answer your question to be sure.

LMC truck doesn't have any? I bought new seat foam and upholstery a 79 Ford (SORRY) and they were pretty nice. I just looked on their site and they sell foam and upholstery for a 94 GM truck.

I just found out about them a few days ago. I emailed another company asking for help and they sent me to them. I’m going to check it out as soon as I have time.
