Rough Running Engine
Well, I am kinda turning here as a last resort, I have tried everything I can think of as of right now. My truck started running funny after I got an oil change, and replaced the air filter. Afterwards, it was running a little rough, but still driveable. I drove all the way home, but as I turned onto my street, the engine check light came on, and REALLY started running rough. I drove it immediately over to Oreillys, and codes popped up for o2 sensor, and bad dash sensors. I replaced the o2 sensors, but it still is running really rough, can the dash make it run that rough? (I did recently purchase the vehicle, so keep that in mind.) its a 1998 5.7l Z71 Extended cab
Edit: I forgot to add, I did also replace the spark plugs, and wires.

after searching online for common problems for my year, i came across someone saying that the distributor cap and rotors go bad on my specific year (1998), I replaced the distributor cap and rotor, and now my truck runs like new!
