Default Spindles or Spacers

Hello,
I have a 95ecsb 2wd w/ 4.3l and 5speed man.
I would like to do a small lift (4" * 2")on the truck mostly just for cosmetics. I'm wondering if I should go with new lift spindles or coil Spacers. The spacer option is about half the price but I don't know how either of these affect ride quality or tire wear. Any opinions are appreciated. Thanks.

Any changes to the suspension ride height - regardless of how it’s done - will affect alignment, so if you have a preference, just go with it. With either method, you’ll need something to keep the coil spring safely compressed.

You might as well be sure all the steering linkage and suspension components are tight, too - a good shop won’t align it otherwise.

Thanks I probably just go with spacers. Just want to level it really so don't need much height. The parts store here loans the spring compressor with a deposit so that's covered. Thanks for your opinion.
