Default No crank

Need help with finding the starter relay on my 1995 C1500 5.7 L. It's not in the fuse box under the hood and there are no relays or fuses under the dash. Any help would be great. I've been looking on Google and everyone says it's in the fuse box.

Thanks for that, but I've checked all the fuses and they are good. It's just clicking but the battery and starter have been tested. Could it maybe be the ignition starter switch?

Redneck trick - get a helper to hold the key in start position while you lighly tap starter with a hammer - if it starts time for a new starter, even if it tested "good". Any idea how old your starter is?

It's a brand new starter, had it tested before I left the store as this is the second new starter I've been through. I've knocked the starter, but still just a click, but thanks the info.

How old is the battery; has it been properly load tested. Consider cleaning both ends positive & neg battery cables.

The battery is a brand new one also, and again has been tested. I wire wheeled all the connections at the battery, starter and grounds (both engine and chassis).

I get 2 to 4 volts at starter "B" terminal. All cables are in "almost new" condition. I have cleaned all terminals and connections. Any ideas? Thanks

try running a booster cable from battery positive to the starter positive terminal and see if it makes a difference.
