Finally got my 95 Silverado running with a new fuel tank, never noticed resistance on the gas pedal before, but while it’s running it’s stiff almost stuck until you start pushing it harder. I thought it might be gunk build up until I tested the pedal while it wasn’t running. Any ideas? Could a wrong vacuum cause this? Possibly the wrong EGR valve?
