Default Timing chain noise

I have a 92 k1500 sbc, there’s this constant noise coming from the engine that to me sounds like a timing chain may be loose, I can hear a faint fluttering through my vents when I’m accelerating that gets louder as the motor gets higher in rpm’s, I’ve never heard a timing chain get loose and I can’t find any videos showing the before and after sound of a timing chain with my motor, how can I diagnose it?

Timing chains wear out. I go with a Cloyes timing chain.
