Truck stalls/cuts under hard acceleration

1994 K1500. Just rebuilt the heads and throttle body. Runs beautiful and is very drivable but if I punch the throttle it winds up and cuts. It does not shut off or throw a code. Any thoughts?

Hi. Did you check your fuel pressure?

Replace fuel filter if you haven't for a while.
