I do not know a kit for a 350 TBI but a quick Google search will surely find you one.
Question is if you want it because it's a bit more complex and depends and what you want do do with it. If you just want to have fun and don't mind wrecking it just get something that fits.
If it's a daily driver then it's a different story most heads won't take the pressure, some parts are not made for it or getting to much load on them which makes it unreliable and it can make gas mileage horrible. So if you want to do it properly and drive a lot of miles it can get expensive because of all the extra parts you need to change. And what I heard about the cheap (eBay) kits is that they won't bring much extra power and they are not worth the money.
But then again I ain't no turbo expert, and I am sure someone has done it with all the 350's out there.

I've looked and I can't find one for the life of me. It's a daily and a offroader. but I don't care about breaking stuff cuz I'll just it stronger. It's a vortec 5700 L31. The more power the better. help is appreciated.
