where is fuse

where is fuse
I have a 95 silverado 2500,,no power at third brake light,,,it has two yellow wires,,one black,,one blue,,,none of the wires have any power,,dont see third brake listed on any of the fuse panels,,,which fuse powers the third brake light and cargolight
