How do I get the windshield wipers to go back to the down position? The motor failed in the up position. My teenage son was able to replace the motor from videos on youtube, but can't get the wipers to reset to the resting position. The new wiper motor works great, but wipers go back to the up position where the old motor failed instead of resting position.

 

If he left the wipers up when he installed the new motor the arm that bolts to the motor is probably 180* off.
