04 2500hd Replaced motor and not starting
I have a 04 2500hd 6.0, just replaced the motor myself, i have gone through and replaced or cleaned all grounds, but went to start last night and cluster is weird like not enough power to it, you turn the key and for a split second it’s normal then it dies down, you turn the key and sounds like the cluster resests itself, I’ve check for voltage in a lot of places and there’s a few that show 12v and there’s some that’ll show 8v and on the inside of the cab the IGN 0 fuse shows 5v with the key on, outside the IGN E fuse shows 8v, just need some help I’m out of ideas, could it be a bad ECM cause it has sat for over a year, and rats have chewed a couple of wires but i butt spliced them and that’s the only 2 i saw underneath the fuse box and i checked under the dash and doesn’t seem they made it inside the truck
