I have a 2004 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Crew Cab 5.3L V8.. It is 100% Bone STOCK currently.. I'm looking to turn this truck into a Work Horse as realistically cheaply as can.($3,000)

Currently I can already pull a 7,800 pound camper behind me with relative ease if pulled with care...I'd like to pull up to 10k

What is the recommended heavier duty suspension setup, I'm also looking to do a 4 inch Lift , or Air bags. (I only need lift on camper pulls, so Air bags should do the trick?)
Ive found a 1500HD in the junk yard with a good Semi float 14B axle...
