05 2500hd Loose Steering
Good day all.
I have a 2005 Chevy 2500hd LLY 4x4. Quite some time ago I installed leveling torsion keys to level truck. (Bad Idea) Keys have been removed and stock reinstalled
In so the ride was so rough it tore up my front suspension. I have had front end rebuilt (Idler arm pitman arm tie rods steering knuckle) but the steering feels loose when going down the road. It just doesn't feel tight like I think it should. Or can I say like a newer truck. I have had it looked at by repair shop and no solid answer. Could it be the steering box or possibly linkage? Could this be as simple as a steering damper gone bad. Any input would be appreciated
