Hi All,

A buddy of mine scattered (towed to heavy a load and bounced up a hill) the rear end in his 1995 Silvarado 1/2 ton 4x4 and has a wrecked 1999 1/2 ton 4x4 with the same gear ratio plus a locker, that he can take one out of to replace it. It does however have disc brakes and we are wondering what will be needed to convert it over to his older truck.
Also what would be needed to salvage the motor, trans and transfer case? Is there just the computer under the hood or are there other parts that should be collected for use later on in another 4x4.
