Jumped the battery and checked voltage just to be sure that it's good. When I turn over the truck tries to turn 3 or 4 times then it shuts off. I took on some water because I'm dumb and I was caught in a bad tstorm. I got home and shut it off for the day and came out this morning to find it this way.

 

Start pulling electrical connections apart to ensure everything is dry. While they are apart fill the connections with dialectic grease.
