I just bought 2003 Chevy Silverado 1500 extended cab, Both exterior door handles are broken. I need to buy new exterior door handles with locks. The ignition keys do not fit the door locks. I thought I found them on E- Bay but they say they only fit 2007 Silverado, so can anyone help me find the right ones to buy?

 

I’m not aware of any handles with the lock cylinders included. Typically the cylinders need to be transferred to the new handle/bezel assembly.

Even if they were available, you’ll still have to either re-key the cylinders for the ignition key or re-key the ignition cylinder for the doors - regardless, I’d recommend a locksmith if you’ve never keyed/re-keyed a lock.
