Default 2005 4.8 oil filler tube

Can someone tell me how to remove the oil filler tube from the valve cover on my 2005 1500 4.8.
Oil is bleeding from around where it's connected to the top of the valve cover.
I thought it was just a friction fit, but I guess I'm wrong.
Any help is appreciated.

My filler tube is held by a bracket that has a bolt on the lower part at the engine block just below the Valve Cover. My engine is also a 4.8 Litre block.

Default Oil Filler tube

My oil filler tube was replaced by an after marker and original was also held by an O-ring at Valve cover. Maybe the O-ring is seized and just needs some work to break loose.
