I am buying a 2005 Silverado 3500 Dually LS tomorrow. It has the gooseneck setup pictured below. Can someone please tell me what type ball is used? It's not the square type B&W that I'm used to. It also doesn't seem to have a locking rod by the wheel well that can lock and remove the ball. Does anyone know by looking at this who the manufacturer is? Did Chevy ever offer these as an option back then?
