So I'm having to build a new motor for the truck and b4 i stick a stock cam back in it (5.3 lm7), I'm curious, something like a truck norris nsr cam or something similar that has decent lift but not a bunch duration and a close lsa of say 110 roughly, just a good truck cam Motor will see maybe 6k rpm max its a 2wd also. Do I need get better injectors , is fuel pump adequate, I'd like to have a small cam but for this particular truck I'm not looking to go crazy with it
