99 silverado 4wd issue,4HI blinking.

99 silverado 4wd issue,4HI blinking.
I am chasing a 4wd issue on my 1999 silverado 5.3l.
When i bought the truck the 4wd dash indicator lights were out. I checked the fuses and i found a blown fuse. I replaced it and it would just blow. So i went to a junk yard and got a switch and transfer case motor. I ordered a new front axle actuator and replaced that first. ( it looked beat up) no change in issues. I swapped the switch, again no change. I swapped the transfer case motor. Then it worked for 5 minutes. The fuse now does not blow, but when i go from 2HI to 4HI or auto it tries to change and blinks.
