Default ABS problem

I have a 2006 Silverado 2500HD. The ABS light comes on when I am driving under 25 mph and then goes off when traveling above 25. Whenever I brake going below 30mph the ABS system activates and causes the truck to pull to one side.I have had the truck scanned and they told me it was the front driver side wheel speed sensor. I have replaced the wheel speed sensor and the truck side connector. I don't know why the light is still coming on. Any ideas? I am lost at this point.

one of the abs sensor signals is dropping out. if you are at slow speeds and braking when it happens the abs module thinks a wheelis locking up and dumps all pressure to that wheel.

what is the new code
you could also try to remove the other front sensor....if its stuck and won't come out replace it. rust build up has moved the sensor away from the reluctor causing a weak signal.

I have had the truck scanned and the code came back saying it was the front left sensor, but the truck pulls to the right. Does that fit with what you described?

Yes, the abs thinks the left front it locked up so it's not allowing pressure to go to that wheel meaning your right front is doing most of the work causing it to pull right.

yes this fits.
what was the actual code?
you replaced the l/f wss but how is the hub? bad hub/bearing assemblies cause this problem too. It also possible the abs wiring after the new connector is damaged.
