p0351 will cause a misfire and set a p0300. the problem is most likely the ignition control module or module wiring. fix this first...clear the dtc and see if the maf faults reset.

speed sensor faults will not cause a misfire. you may need new wss sensors or have a worn wheel bearings. if the bearing have no play...replace the 2 wss sensors.

Excuse me but what exactly is a WSS sensor? And where is it located? I've looked online but can't find any instructions. Like I said my truck is a base model and very different from the vortec engines that usually have video Instructions.

wss wheel speed sensor
plugs into the steering knuckle/wheel bearing
