Default Body Control Module ?

2004 Chevrolet Suburban 1500 4x4 z71
recently purchased used. I have replaced the carpet, headliner, evaporator and heater core. Other than a electrical draw I found at passenger seat motor staying engaged I have not had any issues. I was unable to relearn my key fobs(would go into relearn procedure but did not p/u key fobs) this lead me to a blown fuse in the Interior driver side fuse panel TBC 2C. I believe I need a new BCM can someone help me please!

does the fuse blow right away if a new fuse is installed?

if yes, the fuse wire to the bcm could be shorted to grd. if that is the case, unplug the c 5 connector at the bcm.
remove the fuse, check for short to grd on the non powered side of the fuse, if you check on the powered side you will blow the ohm meter fuse=bad.
