my 2001 chevy silverado had a brand new suspension installed with 2" Belltec drop spindles. It bottoms out when I hit a bump, whats wrong with it?

 

Please clarify. The suspension hits a bump stop, or you mean your chassis contacts the road?

it's too low. Whoever installed it didn't know what they were doing. Were the 22 year old springs replaced? Or are they chopped or clamped or what?
