I have a 2004 Silverado 1500 LS, 5.3 L. The # 4 position on the fan switch quit working. I replaced the blower resister with a new one and it resolved the problem. Now a week later the #4 position quit working again. Does one think it is again the resister? Or could it be the switch itself? (odd that it worked with new resister and quit again) Or is there another little gremlin running around somewhere?
